SHIPPING POLICY

When do you ship orders?

We fulfill orders Monday thru Saturday (excluding holidays) All orders are hand delivered to either the Post Office or UPS in the afternoon of each day. Generally, if an order is placed prior to 12pm, we can usually ship it SAME DAY! We offer a few shipping options for our customers! How will I know when my order ships?

You will get an email with a shipping confirmation sent to the email provided during checkout. The email will include a tracking number so you can track your items.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes, we ship all orders via USPS. UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS *PLEASE READ*

All international shipments may get import duty fees when they go through your countries customs. We have no idea what the cost is and if you will be charged. We are not responsible for any import duty or fees your country charges. Please contact your local mail service to find out what percentage that may be. We do not issue refunds for international orders unless a mistake is made on our end. 

 

** DDS Clothing Company is not responsible for lost, stolen or re-routed shipments, PLEASE make sure your address is correct on your account and on our website.  Once your order ships, DDS Clothing Company is not responsible for package delays or lost packages.  Any orders that are returned to us due to the fact that the incorrect shipping address was wrong will incur additional shipping charges TO RESHIP.
